We are delighted that you are looking at our luxury, fully air conditioned, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home, with a south facing extra large pool area and Jacuzzi.

The whole villa is air-conditioned and beautifully furnished throughout. There are ceiling fans provided throughout the villa to add that gentle breeze if required. All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style. All linens and towels are provided.

The master bedroom contains a King size bed and has a large en-suite bathroom with his and hers washbasins, this is equipped with both a roman bath and a shower cubicle; For your clothes there is a large walk-in closet. The Master Bedroom also has direct access to the pool area for that late night or early morning dip.

The 2nd bedroom is also furnished to the same high standard with a Queen sized bed and a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with twin beds and a closet.

The living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort, after an exciting day out and is where you will find a 27" Cable T.V, DVD and a video player - Patio doors lead out to the pool/lanai area.

The Dinning area has a large dining table that will seat six adults in comfort

The Breakfast Nook contains the Breakfast table that features bay windows overlooking the pool and covered lanai. There is also a full sized dinning table and chairs in the great room

The kitchen is fully fitted, from dishwasher to bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could possibly need; just off the kitchen is the utility room with a Washer & Drier for your use.

The Pool area is South Facing with an extra large 26ftx13ft pool and 5 Seater Jacuzzi, complete with sun-deck, and a large covered lanai poolside so you can relax in the shade or dine el fresco in the warm evenings on the luxury patio furniture provided so you can experience the outdoor lifestyle that Florida is known for; all overlooking a beautiful conservation area. An outside bathroom and shower is also provided for your convenience.

We have also provided for your enjoyment, a fully equipped games room and a PS2 with some games; others can be rented from a local shop nearby.

For your safety and security the villa is equipped with a monitored Fire and Intrusion alarm system, plus all the equipment required by Florida State law.

There is a management company on-site open 6 days per week and available 24 hours a day for any emergencies should they arise.

So, whether you want to sit by the pool and soak up the Florida sunshine or watch those famous sunsets, sample all the delights of Disney (just 12 minutes away) and Orlando’s other attractions, or Shop or Golf until you drop, our villas provide the perfect setting for a fabulous holiday!
