Villa Gardenia Rates:
Swimming pool/Jacuzzi heating charged at $170 per week or £95per week. Recommended for the colder months but entirely optional.
A down-payment (deposit) is required of $320 or £200 plus a completed Booking Form, to secure the booking. With the remaining balance, plus $250 / £200 returnable security deposit payable 10 weeks prior to travel.
If the booking is made within 10 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately.
For stays of less than 7 nights there is a cleaning surcharge of $70 / £45.
Included in the Villa price: State & local taxes of 12%, cleaning after departure, local telephone calls and all utility bills (water, electricity, etc).
Note: Though rates for next year will be reviewed in Sept; if you book before the end of October you will get the booking at the Current years rates.
